As the spring breeze blows and flowers bloom, on the occasion of the 114th International Women's Day, in order to further enhance the skills and qualities of female employees and showcase the charm of the majority of female employees, and to inspire female workers to promote the spirit of "standing firm in their positions and being no less capable than men," the Labor Union of Yangming Street, hosted by the general labor union, and organized by the labor union of Ningbo Great Wall Precision Industrial Co., Ltd., held a packaging skills competition for steel tape measures in the tool industry in Yangming Street, Yuyao City. On the competition field, the female employees were highly spirited, with skilled and meticulous movements, demonstrating a good spirit and demeanor.

      The skills competition is divided into several categories, including bagging, packaging small packets, and packaging medium-sized boxes. A total of 30 participants are divided into 3 groups for the competition. The competition not only tests the speed of the participants' packaging, but also their proficiency and flexibility. During the competition, the participants remained calm and composed, demonstrating precise and meticulous operations, showcasing their solid technical skills.

      After intense competition, Yu Ping won the first prize in the packaging skills competition. Geng Aijie and Sun Cuiping won the second prize, while Peng Qiuju, Chen Hongmei, and Wang Pingping won the third prize. The leaders of the Labor Union of Yangming Street and the company presented awards to the winners and encouraged them to continue their hard work and achieve even greater success in their future work.

      To demonstrate Great Wall Precision's special care for female employees and recognize their achievements in the workplace, the company's labor union has initiated the "March 8th Red Flag Bearer" selection and commendation activity. This activity aims to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of female employees, inspire them to strive for excellence, take on responsibilities, and contribute to the company.
