1. All products sold by our company are produced in accordance with relevant international and domestic standards. The company also stipulated a set of stricter and more comprehensive enterprise internal control inspection standards than national and industrial standards.

2. To ensure the implementation of the standards, our company has complete testing equipments for measuring tools. During the production process and before the finished products sending to warehouse, they must be randomly inspected or fully inspected in accordance with the provisions of the national standard B/2828.1-2012. All products passed the inspection and have a "Quality Check Pass" certificate.

Our company's "Great Wall" brand measuring tools are made of high quality materials, such as high carbon alloy steel and manganese steel, and been heat-treated by advanced professional processing. The surface of the products is electroplated, or  spray-painted, or finely polished, according to customer’s requirements, and according to professional standards.

1. If any products sold by our company that are found to be defective due to overlook of inspection, mixed grades, or damage during transportation, can be returned or exchanged unconditionally by your local distributors.

2. All products sold by our company, except for those indicated as consumable products in the catalogue, if the product's defect is not caused by improper use during usage, please take original invoice, go to local Great Wall distributor, replace or repair it free of charge within one year of after-sales service period. Each distributor will periodically replace the defective products or to be compensated by Great Wall Company in accordance with Great Wall Company's regulations.

3. The commitment of Great Wall Company to after-sales service is: whoever sells is responsible for after-sales service, and Great Wall Precision is responsible for all Great Wall products.
